Tony is the President and Technical Director for Integrity Air Monitoring, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience providing a full spectrum of source testing services, ambient air monitoring, and meteorological monitoring.

J.A. “Tony” Blanton, QSTI

Professional and Industry Experience
Tony began his environmental career working in a water treatment laboratory. His interest in environmental science led him to pursue an academic curriculum in biology, chemistry, and geology, including graduate studies. Following graduation, Tony began working as an environmental scientist performing source sampling, ambient air monitoring, and meteorological monitoring for an environmental laboratory. In 1990, he joined an industrial consulting company to start and manage their Source Measurements division. Within ten years, his department became one of the largest testing providers in the state. In 2002, in partnership with Jim Lewis, he founded Integrity Air Monitoring, Inc., which has grown to be one of the most trusted air testing companies in the southeast.

Tony has extensive experience in the source or stack, testing, and managing complex test scenarios for extensive manufacturing facilities. As the Technical Director for Integrity, he specializes in Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) methodology, equipment design, and installation. Tony has 20 years of experience in control device evaluation and in-depth air monitoring analysis knowledge in various industrial settings. Also, he has expertise in satisfying jurisdictional regulatory requirements, including federal, state, and local programs. He is committed to promoting the industry’s professional organizations, evidenced by his speaking engagements and involvement with the air monitoring trade’s prominent associations.

Jim is the Vice President and Quality Manager for Integrity Air Monitoring, Inc. He has almost 20 years of experience providing a full spectrum of source testing services, ambient air monitoring, and meteorological monitoring.

James A. Lewis, QSTI

Professional and Industry Experience
Jim began his career as an environmental scientist for the Air Monitoring department of a regional engineering consulting company. With his strong customer focus and technical skills, he was promoted quickly and began managing the firm’s largest clients within two years. In 2000, Jim joined the Engineering Services department at a light-weight aggregate manufacturer. His duties included air permitting and compliance, process and combustion engineering, development of flue gas desulfurization systems, compliance with MSHA regulations, and safety training.

Jim has a uniquely deep breadth of experience. Because he has worked in both private industry managing environmental exposure and provided air monitoring services externally to extensive manufacturing and industrial facilities, he has a unique client perspective. With his in-depth knowledge of source testing, including Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) sampling and system design, Jim works hand in hand with the project team as one of the primary managers on large, complex testing projects. Additionally, as Integrity Air’s Quality manager, Jim is responsible for maintaining a high level of testing quality as required by ASTM D7036. He ensures that internal and external controls are in place, consistent with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, which is critical to every testing process's success.

Professional and Industry Experience
Andrew began his environmental career as an analytical chemist for an environmental laboratory in New York. In 2000, he moved to Charlotte, NC, continuing his environmental career for a regional engineering consulting company where he gained experience in air monitoring, construction materials testing, and geotechnical testing. He also became a Health & Safety Consultant and managed industrial hygiene, air quality, and noise monitoring projects for numerous clients. Andrew joined Integrity in October of 2003 and currently performs stack testing and industrial hygiene project management.

Professional and Industry Experience
Rob began his professional career with an environmental engineering firm in East Syracuse, New York, where he gained in-depth experience with source emission testing. In 1994, he moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, to work as a Project Manager for an environmental consulting company, where his tenure was primarily spent in the utility industry. His responsibilities included Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) sampling, isokinetic sampling, and boiler performance evaluations. Rob moved to Charlotte and held leadership positions in several regional engineering consulting firms. His broad experience includes operational management, technical test report writing (including sampling protocols), permit writing, environmental site assessments, groundwater, and well-sampling. He joined Integrity Air Monitoring, Inc. as a Senior Consultant in 2005 and currently serves as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager.

Mr. Rusty Caton

Mr. Rusty Caton began his environmental air quality career in 1999 as an Environmental Technician for an environmental testing company in Roanoke, Virginia. Mr.Caton moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2002, continuing his air quality career with another environmental testing company. Serving as a Project Manager, he worked in several air monitoring areas that included CEM sampling and a heavy focus on isokinetic sampling. In the spring of 2006, he joined Integrity Air Monitoring, Inc. and developed in the environmental air quality field.

Ed Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez began his environmental air quality career in 2004 as a test technician, for an environmental testing company in Charlotte, NC. In 2007, Mr. Rodriguez moved to another environmental testing company, serving as a project manager for the NC office, he worked in several areas, that included isokinetic sampling and a main focus on CEM sampling. In spring of 2018, Mr. Rodriguez joined Integrity Air Monitoring Inc. where he continues to develop in the environmental air quality field.
